Our Response to Coronavirus
Our hearts go out to everyone impacted, and we hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe. As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we are determined to continue to operate in the best interest of our families, customers, and communities. We are taking this day by day and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as local and U.S. government officials.
Thank you for being such an important part of our TFB family. Now more than ever, we feel extremely grateful for our team of amazing associates and for you, our valued customers. We have stepped up our efforts to make your freight transportation experience as easy as possible. We look forward to working with you!
Here are a few ways we’re putting health and safety first:
-
All employees and drivers are asked to follow CDC guidelines.
-
We have actively encouraged sick drivers to stay home.
-
Our employees are currently working remotely to eliminate interactions with others in the office.
-
Our drivers are asked to wear gloves and masks when possible and to dispose of these items properly after use.
-
We are promoting etiquette for coughing, sneezing and handwashing. We encourage using hand sanitizer regularly and handwashing whenever possible.
-
We are also asking all drivers to routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces and to minimize face-to-face interactions at pickup and delivery sites.
Together, we can make a difference!
